Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully. This Exchange / Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made on wearyourdrip.in. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

1 Important updates & disclaimers

- Sale / Final‑Sale items: Products bought during sale or explicitly marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation. All sale purchases are final.
- Product images: Colours and appearance of products may vary slightly due to post‑production editing and screen settings.
- Policy changes: WYD may amend this Policy from time to time. Each time you make a purchase, please review the then‑current Policy on the website.

2 Overview — what is eligible

We accept return/exchange requests only in the following situations:
- Defective, damaged or factory‑faulty products on delivery.
- Wrong product delivered (different SKU / design than ordered).
- Size / fit issues (subject to product condition and availability).

3 Items NOT eligible:

- Final Sale / clearance items.
- Products with removed hygiene seals where applicable (e.g., intimate wear, masks).
- Customized / personalized items (unless defective).
- Products without original brand tags, labels, packaging or invoice.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, odors, or physical damage not present at delivery.
- Timeframes — report and request windows
- Report defective/damaged/wrong item: Notify Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
- Standard exchanges (size/fit): Request within 5 working days from the date of delivery.
- Returns for defects/wrong item: Initiate within 5 working days from delivery. (Requests after these timeframes may be rejected.)

4 How to request a return/exchange

- Online: Login → Orders → Select Order → Request Return/Exchange.
- Email: Send order number, reason, clear photos (for damaged/defective), and contact details to team@wearyourdrip.in.
- Do NOT ship items back unless you have received explicit return instructions from WYD. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

5 Pickup, shipping & attempts

- Reverse pickup is available only in serviceable pin codes. After approval, we will arrange pickup. Pickup will be attempted twice.
- If both pickup attempts fail (recipient unavailable, wrong address, refusal), you must ship the item to our warehouse at your cost, unless the return is due to WYD’s error (in which case return shipping will be borne by us).
- Pack returns in original packaging or suitable protective packaging and include original invoice and freebies.

6 Condition for returns/exchanges

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition with all tags and seals intact.
- If the returned item is not in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to reject the return and either re‑ship the item to you (at your cost) or issue a partial/refusal of refund based on inspection.

7 Quality check & processing time

- All returned items undergo quality inspection on receipt at our returns centre. We aim to complete inspection within 2–3 business days of receiving the return.
- Once approved, exchanges are dispatched within 2–3 business days (subject to stock). Replacement delivery typically takes 4–9 business days depending on location.

8 Exchanges — availability & charges

- Exchanges are allowed primarily for size/fit issues and are subject to stock availability.
- If desired size is unavailable, you may choose: (a) another product of equivalent value, (b) store credit, or © refund (only if return is approved under defect/wrong‑item rules).

9 Exchange is permitted one time per order/item.

- Exchange handling charge: INR 150 (applies for change‑of‑mind/size exchanges). If exchange is due to WYD’s error (wrong/defective item), this charge will be waived.
- If your pin code falls in a non‑serviceable area for reverse pickup, you will be asked to courier the return to our warehouse; in that case, exchange charges may be adjusted as communicated.

10 Refunds — when applicable

- WYD follows a strict no‑refund policy for change of mind. Refunds are issued only in these cases: (a) wrong product delivered, (b) product damaged/defective on delivery, © product lost in transit.
- Refund approval follows inspection and investigation. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit — we will confirm with you.
- Refund initiation timeframe: Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after approval. Bank/payment provider processing time may vary; please allow up to 15 business days for refund to reflect. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact team@wearyourdrip.in.

11 Order cancellations

- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Use the cancellation option in your account or contact Customer Care immediately.
- Orders that are already shipped cannot be cancelled; such orders must be returned following this Policy (subject to eligibility).

12 Lost or damaged in transit

- If your package is lost or shows damage in transit, notify Customer Care within 7 days of the expected delivery date. WYD will investigate with the courier and, if liability is established, offer replacement or refund.

13 Fraud prevention & misuse

- We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges or refunds in suspected fraud cases or if there is repeated misuse of our returns policy. WYD reserves the right to take legal action and recover losses where necessary.

14 Store credit & vouchers

- If store credit is issued, it will be provided as a voucher valid for 50 days from issuance unless stated otherwise. Store credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

16 Miscellaneous

- This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City — e.g., Mumbai / New Delhi].
- WYD may update this Policy at any time; the revised Policy will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date.
